Guides on Contract Law Ontario are reviewed for legal accuracy by Ryan J. Manilla, BA, JD, acting as legal reviewer for this site. This role is limited to reviewing published content for general accuracy — it does not involve providing legal advice to site visitors, and it does not mean Contract Law Ontario operates as, or on behalf of, a law firm.
What legal review covers
Legal review generally checks that a guide’s description of legal concepts, processes and terminology is reasonably accurate and consistent with publicly available Ontario and Canadian legal sources at the time of review.
