Corrections Policy

If you believe a guide on Contract Law Ontario contains an error, outdated information, or a broken link, please let us know through our contact page. Include the page URL and a short description of the issue so we can review it efficiently.

Reports are reviewed against the relevant guide and, where warranted, our editorial and legal reviewer will assess whether an update is needed. Confirmed errors are corrected as soon as reasonably possible.

Every guide displays a published date and a last-updated date. When a correction involves a material change to the substance of a guide, the updated date is refreshed to reflect that review.
